Excellent location near to almost every things. 10 to 15 mins away from JbR by walking. The apartment is fantastic and clean but need more focus on wall cleaning and the unpleasant smell of the apartment (not strong smell). The design of the apartment is nice but is seems that some of the furniture are old but acceptable. I had issue with the parking, someone used my assigned parking. Host and building management tried their best to resolve this issue. It is as described in the list. The rooms size is good and it has comfortable beds. From the balcony you can see the Dubai Marina. There is a direct accees to dubai Marina by using the elevator. Host is very welcoming, supportive and friendly. Overall, I recommend to book this apartment. You will enjoy the apartment and the view.
