About Me
I’ve spent over 15 years across banking and real estate, starting in the UK and building my career over the past 7 years in the UAE. During that time, I’ve consistently operated at the top end of the market, becoming a top billing broker, completing over 500 rental transactions, and delivering one of the highest rental deals recorded during the Covid period. Beyond brokerage, I’ve founded and scaled multiple real estate companies, including launching the UAE’s first 100% commission brokerage model. My experience extends into development consultancy and strategic advisory, having been involved in over AED 5 billion in brand licensing and real estate deals with leading developers in Abu Dhabi. Today, as Managing Director of PK Properties, I oversee one of the longest standing real estate companies in Dubai. I work closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients, advising across acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategy. My approach is straightforward. I focus on execution, market intelligence, and long term relationships, ensuring clients are positioned to make the right decisions in a fast moving and highly competitive market.
