Project Overview

This Palm Views East studio was comprehensively upgraded to create a brighter, more refined and highly functional holiday home. Works included full interior and balcony repainting, feature wallpaper, bespoke joinery, a custom media wall, built-in wardrobe with integrated vanity, a lift-up bed with concealed storage, and repainting of the existing kitchen wall tiles to achieve a cleaner, more modern finish. The apartment was completed with a new sofa bed, dining and living furniture, balcony furniture, lighting, curtains, décor, appliances and a full guest-ready essentials package. The result is a stylish, space-efficient studio designed to maximise storage, comfort and rental appeal.
