These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the PK Properties website and any services offered through it (the 'Service'). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PK Properties website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must discontinue use of the Service.
2. Services Provided
PK Properties offers real estate brokerage, holiday home rental, property management and advisory services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. All listings are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
3. Booking Terms
Holiday home reservations become binding once confirmation is issued and the required deposit or full payment has been received in AED. Guests must comply with UAE laws, DTCM regulations and any house rules communicated at check-in.
4. Payments & Currency
All payments are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative estimates only and may vary based on exchange rate at settlement.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund entitlements are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy which forms part of these Terms.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, PK Properties' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, listings, photography, trademarks and software on the website are owned by PK Properties or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
9. Changes to the Terms
PK Properties may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
